Hi! My name is Rachael, and I currently work as a Special Education Instructional Assistant within the Carmel public school system. Prior to my current employment, I was a lead teacher at a preschool where I spent seven years with children ages 0-6. During this phase of my life I spent most of my time with infants and toddlers. I love the babies! My current job has led to some amazing experience with children with autism, ADHD, and emotional disorders. Each day I am learning more about how to teach, love, and guide children who might just need a little extra help. I love my job and plan on going back this fall, but until then am looking for summer employment! I look forward to hearing from your family (:
