Hi, I am Rachael , I am a fun, energetic, and empathetic professional with a passion for working with children of all ages, from infancy to school age. With experience as an infant room teacher, toddler co-teacher, after-school teacher, and nanny, I have cultivated a deep understanding of early childhood education, development, and care. I pride myself on creating engaging, nurturing, and inclusive environments that encourage growth and learning while ensuring the safety and well-being of every child. In addition to my teaching roles, my background includes serving as a lead coach for young children, where I planned and facilitated activities that supported their physical and social development. I bring strong organizational and communication skills, along with certifications in CPR and First Aid, and Medication Administration, ensuring preparedness in any situation.
