About Rachael

Hi! My name is Rachael but I go by my middle name Addie, I've grown up and lived in Charlotte for most of my life. I have over 8 years of experience working with children in various capacities. Starting as a camp counselor and swim coach, I discovered a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I have also held many babysitting and nanny positions over the years. I have reliable transportation and love to cook healthy yummy meals, do crafts, come up with fun education games, and spend time outside while you're gone. With Red Cross CPR and First Aid certifications, I prioritize safety while ensuring a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive. I am enthusiastic, creative, and have a genuine love for children. In my spare time, I like to read (my Goodreads goal this year is 60 books), partake in various art and crafting hobbies, and I play rugby for a club team in Charlotte!
