Rachael has been a part of our family for nearly two years now. She is always on time, keeps our home in order, respects our rules for the children and is very dependable. Our kids are high energy and require a great deal of patience and supervision. Rachael handles them with grace and kindness, while still maintaining boundaries. She is able to manage both of our kids (many others cannot) and I do not have any doubts when I leave them with her. I would hire her all over again in a heartbeat!
