About Rachael

I like caring for seniors because I have always had a passion for caring for seniors. It's truly been a God sent gift. I love providing companionship. I love being able to help them maintain their normal routines and I love that I have the ability to make a difference in their lives such as helping them to maintain their independence. I love the accountability that I provide to their loved ones. The ability to give the family a break in times when they need to be away without feeling guilty and helping them to feel a sense of relief when they are away from their loved ones knowing they can trust me and rely on me. I value hearing their stories and learning new things from my elders. The wisdom of the seniors and the humor that comes from them. I love that I can pass the knowledge that I learn from them to others. I love each and every different experience that I have ever had when caring for seniors. I especially love the sense of gratitude that you develop from this rewarding job.
