About Rachael

As a certified teacher, I have three years of experience as a childcare provider, and I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable care. I'm patient, calm, and friendly, and my approach to childcare is to follow the parents' lead. Whether it's playing board games, solving puzzles, or teaching your child how to swim, I'm dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment. I communicate openly with parents about their child's day, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules. My first language is English but I do speak Spanish and have taught many English Language Learners I'm my role as a first grade teacher with the Clark County School District.
