About Quinn

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, out-going, and empathetic I like working with kids because I have a Mama's heart for all children. I believe that they are God's most precious and sacred creations, and I love being apart of caring for them. I'm available winter through early spring, and am available Mon-Thurs with Fridays preferably off. I started working with kids 6 years ago, when a family moved in with ours and needed help with childcare. At the time we also had multiple clients in our Equine Business who also needed help with childcare. In my spare time, I like to bake, go hiking, horse back riding, help my family on our ranch, and spend quality time with my husband. My skills include redirecting meltdowns in a positive way, making children feel loved, seen, and safe, and keeping a positive atmosphere for them.
