Qiana is amazing! I needed specific things for my daughter and she accommodated every one of those things, she is flexible, amazing with kids, patient, and willing to do whatever it takes to make the child and family feel comfortable. I will definitely be hiring her again when I need a sitter. She is now considered a part of her family!
