About Providence

Hello! My name is Providence, and I am a certified ESL teacher, though my skills branch beyond that of teaching a language. I love theatre, arts, language, and sciences. Some hobbies of mine include acting, creating art, making costumes, and playing ttrpg's with friends. I have a year of teaching English Language Arts in a public school setting under my belt, but I thrive when I can focus one-on-one with students. Watching students thrive is one of my favorite things to see. I hope that many more get the opportunity to flourish like that. I like tutoring because students are given the chance to fully blossom when being helped one-on-one. In a full classroom, needs can often be overlooked or disregarded. I don't want to leave anyone feeling like they aren't good enough because they don't fit the square hole of the system.
