Most of my experience has been in Special Education classrooms with children on the Autism Spectrum. I have a great deal of experience with Behavior Modification from working with numerous behaviorists in my district. I've also work in Language Learning Disability classroom. Currently, I work as a In-Class Resource Room teacher where I push into classrooms and support students with special needs. I find what I do fascinating and rewarding. My philosophy is that all children can learn and have the potential to reach their educational goals, even children with special needs. It just takes an understanding and patient person to offer the extra support that they need.
