Working with babies & children for 6 years is amazing to me seeing all different personalities it soothes my heart. teaching and watching toddlers develop into the world is amazing especially the infants learning how to walk for the first time. I worked in the Goddard school in Branchburg Nj since 2019 lots of infant experience. I worked with other families as well. Getting feedback from the parents is such a good feeling. We had her for 2+ months for our 2 years old. She was good with our baby, for drop off and pick up routines to daycare, helping us around the house. Although she was late multiple times and chose her own timing of arrival, cause she did not like the traffic, we gave her many chances. Although she picked up our daughter early in the morning for drop off to day care, refusing to pick up the phone, finally dropped our baby 1.5 hours later together with a young man, as the day care reported. She was ok for weekly payment schedule, then not ok, then we paid daily, she asked for two times a day morning and night, she asked for gas money when we sent her 50 USD she asked gas money within hours to our friend and got 40 USD. I won't hire her again, until I believe she is trustworthy.
