I find that some professional tutors have a tendency to teach at your child and make the study session even more stressful than it already is. I don't want to be like those tutors. Hi! My name is Preston. I LOVE to teach children and teens! I also love to make it fun!! I start by bonding and helping them know why these concepts are important. Rote lesson plans don't work for every learner. I thrive on using different techniques and analogies, using the backroads of teaching, and teaching to their level to help your learner grow at their own pace and speed. Now, I may not have a teaching PhD, or the combined experience of 12 amateur tutors, but I do enjoy teaching and have a knack for helping others enjoy learning. I'm also told by my wife and many people that I do it well, and that I am well-liked by all those who know me.
