About Pranom

I was born and raised in a Thai extended family. As a second child of 6 children, I was helping my parents taking care of my baby siblings. So, I have been with kids from new born to teenagers for all my life. I have one daughter who is in college now. I had been taking care of her by myself while my husband worked in Iraq and Afghanistan during the war when my daughter was 13 months old for 13 years. I was hands on raising a child alone with no help. When my daughter started her high school about 6 years ago and was barely home, I began to miss her baby years. So, I became a babysitter or a nanny since then. As a mother, I treat everyone's kid my own. Their safety comes first and I won't hesitate to tell kids if their behaviors are mean and hurtful. I am open with parents how to approach their kids or babies.
