Portia is gentle, kind, hardworking. She has had to put up with some of the worst of my mother's behavior, but she has always been kind and professional. She has brought my mom around to looking forward to her visits. She does a great job anticipating needs, going the extra step to help mom feel and look her best. She is incredibly reliable, communicates well, has great assessment skills, and is able to be very therapeutic, even in challenging circumstances. She and her mother have worked together to ensure that my mom is cared for on weekends, and her leadership skills are apparent. I would highly recommend Portia to anyone.
