Hi, I'm Pooja , and I've been nanny and care giver for the past 3 years. also I have HHA certification . I speak Hindi, and English. I'm currently a caregiver for the elderly but I would like to transition back into working with kids, as that's what I am more passionate about. I've worked for a family with two children, ages three and five, and I also have a 2-year-old child of my own. My availability is Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. I have experience in preparing meals for children with dietary restrictions, enjoy playing basketball and video games and I also enjoy watching over and being with infants. We hired her and first day of the job she never turned up. She does not respond to messages and does not respond to calls. For the first interview at the scheduled time she did not show up and never called or texted. After 2 hrs gave another time to meet. Also turned up 15 mins late to that appointment. Finally gave a time to meet in person to see the house and learn - cancelled that appointment. Confirmed to start the job(confirmed twice) to start Monday at 9:30 and never came home. Called 30 times and texted but she never responded. How can one hire someone so irresponsible to be care giver?
