Pooja has been looking after our son from the age of 10 months to 18 months. We feel blessed to have her with us and the only reason we had to let her go was because we wanted our kid to go to day care to start socializing with other kids. A few things we want to highlight about Pooja. 1. She genuinely cares about the kid which is apparent from careful reporting and off hours follow ups. 2. She understands and accommodates kid's feelings and is able to calm them down on their worst days. 3. Our kids attachment to her is a testament to her doing her job well 4. She respects the parenting style and is open to adjusting to it. 5. She is well versed at Hindi and our kid has learned a lot from her.
