I have one year of experience caring for special needs children, including those with ADHD, ODD, ADD, and speech disorders. In my home country, I worked as a Teacher Assistant at a Childcare Development Center. I support children who find it difficult to focus, exhibit defiant behaviors, have trouble concentrating, or experience speech difficulties. I offered patience, care, and personalized methods to help them. I encouraged kids in activities for critical thinking, social-emotional growth, and better communication. I guided fun, educational activities targeting their developmental needs - motor skills, language, and social development. I am patient, caring and support, which I provided by creating a safe and nurturing environment. And I love to see the kids grow and gain confidence every day.
