Pilar was our full time nanny for over 3 years. During her time, our three kids ranged in age from newborn to 4 years old. She is a phenomenal nanny. She is very organized, respectful and active. When the kids were little, she would keep their schedule, sleep train, read lots of books, take them to the park and on walks as well as countless “field trips”. She is a great driver and I always felt comfortable with her taking my kids places. She also is bi-lingual and taught my kids Spanish as she was watching them. She is reliable and kind and was very great with handling sibling fights and behavior redirecting. She taught the kids a lot of skills like eating and language. She also worked with the kids to sleep train and potty train. We consider Pilar an addition of our family. I know she would be a great nanny for all Aged kids.
