Pichamon is an incredible nurse/caregiver, and an even greater person. It is unique to find a caregiver with her level of medical experience, certifications, practical knowledge professionalism that also is deeply empathetic, kind and compassionate. She is an unbelievable talent in this field. We hired her in a crisis - my 99 year old mother had COVID, pneumonia and fluid on the lung, and other ailments, and the existing caregivers were less than enthusiastic to stay involved. Pichamon arrived and was extremely professional, working with the proper precautions and expertise that was developed from years running a ward of elderly patients with COVID. She lifted mom's spirits through the use of music, singing, genuine listening and storytelling sharing, a positive attitude and a warm and uplifting smile. She connected with Mom immediately. Her work continued as mom reached the Centenarian milestone of 100 years old, and Pichamon was a big reason why she made it.
