Phyllis has been a valued caregiver for us, myself and my wife Carolyn who has dementia. The time has now come that Carolyn must be admitted to 24 hour memory care, thereby eliminating our need for Phyllis' assistance. Phyllis is a very nice, calm, soft spoken woman. She is extremely punctual and trustworthy in demeanor and has brought great comfort and happiness to Carolyn. I highly recommend Phyllis.
