I have worked as a babysitter for more than 15 years. I was a student of Canada College. My major was Medical Assistant, but I did not get a degree yet. I have CPR and First Aid certificates and renew them every two years. I also studied an on line program to get a Childcare Management Diploma I love children so much. I like to play with them and usually take them to go to many activities such as going to the parks, libraries, Gymboree, festivals, museums, etc. to make them to be self-confident, active, socialized, creative, and strong. I take good care of them as if they are my own kids. I have 3 children; they already grow up and study in colleges or university. I have excellent references. Phuong has exceeded our expectations of a nanny in every way imaginable. She took care of our daughter from when she was 6 months to 2.5 years old until she started school. She immediately bonded with our daughter and became a very loved part of our family. She is professional, punctual and dependable. What I appreciate most about Phuong is her caring nature, calm demeanor, patience, and positive attitude. She comes with a wealth of experience in caring for babies and toddlers. She is very easy to communicate with and open to our preferences and feedback. She comes to our home every day with a big smile on her face, you can see how much she genuinely loves what she does. We had some unexpected family issues come up this past year, and Phuong stepped up immediately to help us out. She stayed longer hours, took care of house hold tasks, worked on weekends and made sure our daughter was always cared for. It was such a relief to know Phuong is so reliable and that our daughter is always in safe hands. I will be forever grateful to Phuong for making this difficult period so much easier on us as parents.
