Phool worked full time for my dad who had COPD for a year and a half. She was both a great companion and friend to him, and also a great aide. She gained a mastery of managing the various types of oxygen delivery for him, and knowing how to work with him to adjust it to meet his changing needs. She also managed all aspects of daily living. She prepared meals, helped him shower/bathe, get dressed, etc. As he got toward the end of his life she managed difficult bathroom related situations with grace and ease. She was also very helpful to my sister, whose house my dad was in. She would prepare meals when she had free time with dad, helped with some light cleaning occasionally, and would pretty much do whatever she could to be helpful to the family. She is kind, diligent, a quick learner, and will be a great asset to any family. We are happy to provide a reference.
