Phoenix is caring, thoughtful, intelligent, and attuned. She brings a calm demeanor to your house and my children instantly gravitated towards her energy. She is on time and asks great questions to understand how to best work with you and your children. And what I truley appreciate is her desire and openness to learn. The world of parenting is complex and overwhelming and every family’s dynamic and journey is different. Phoenix is naturally curious and intentionally took time to understand what we do, how we do, and most importantly why we do what we do in our household. I couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker for our 1 year old son than her! You are in great hands with Phoenix!
