I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) implementing behavioral therapy with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and will be resigning from my position in April to pursue a graduate's degree in social work this summer. I went to a Montessori school growing up who's key values were to respect others, respect materials and respect your environment, and I try to bring these values to my work with people of all ages and abilities. I am driven to empower people through teaching and helping with self-care skills, communication, and socialization. Working with children with ASD for the past two years has shown me that patience, communication, compassion, and professionalism are the catalysts for creating the most meaningful relationships with my clients.
