Hi, my name is Phoebe. I am a senior undergraduate student at Brooklyn College studying Communications and Psychology. I am a musician, and I love to cook! I am fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19, and trained in infant and child CPR. Having grown up in a large family, I have been taking care of infants and children for as long as I can remember, and have worked as a childcare provider my entire adult life. Most of my paid experience has consisted of caring for multiple children at once, while also helping to maintain the household by assisting with laundry, meal preparation/cooking, and keeping spaces clean and tidy. I have cared for children of ages ranging from infancy to early teen years, and have helped support developmental milestones and skills such as potty training, reading, and homework. Some of my favorite activities to do with children are reading, drawing/coloring, and making/listening to music!

Beginning when my son was 14 months, Phoebe watched him 34 hours a week for 4 months. From the start, she was a natural caregiver towards him and quickly became a part of our family. With ease she knew exactly how to care for him, when to put him down for a nap, when he was hungry, when he just needed someone to read him a book. The four months Phoebe was with us, our house was always filled with music and our son truly thrived in the environment she created for him. His vocabulary, his walking skills, his creativity and silliness were only enhanced and enriched thanks to Phoebe's time with him. She kept everything organized and was truly an essential part of our household. If we still lived closed to Phoebe, I would not hesitate to hire her again.
