About Phalen

I am a driven and compassionate individual who takes pride in helping others achieve their academic and personal goals. I recently graduated with highest distinctions from Syracuse University with degrees in Data and Information, Supply Chain Management, and Entrepreneurship. My areas of expertise include English/Writing, Math, Business, Art, and data modeling (Python and R). I have 2 years of experience tutoring at the collegiate level, 2 years of experience working with middle school students, and recently completed my position as an assistant teacher in a 3rd grade math class. I have experience working with students learning English as a second language and students with learning disabilities. I am truly passionate about working with students at any age in order to help them realize their own potential. (Intermediate Spanish proficiency)
