About Phaedra

Hello! My name is Phaedra but the little ones call me Ms. Phae. I am 20 years old and a Newark native! I've always been very passionate about the impact adults have on the morality, perspective and general upbringing of young children as I remember how pivotal Caregivers/Teachers have been in my life. Because of that I've always been very hands on with the younger children in my family and that trait has carried into my career. I have been a personal Caregiver to family for as long as I can remember and professionally I have worked with children for a combined year. I am currently employed at a Learning Center in Newark as a Group Teacher, primarily working with my small class of 2-3-year-olds but, as we are a village, I find myself working with all age groups eligible. (18 months - 4/5 years old). I have been described as patient and easy going with a consistent optimism and creative approach to learning. Can't wait to meet you and your little one!
