We hired Peyton for 4 afternoons a week ongoing. She showed up on day one and my kids absolutely loved her. I enjoyed meeting her as well. I verified she would be back the next day and she left. I do not know what has happened but she has not shown up or answered my calls or texts. I hate writing a bad review but I don't want another parent in this situation of scrambling to find childcare like we are now having to do when we thought we found a consistent person. If we were not a fit for any reason, I would understand and not write a negative review if she would have talked to us about it. And I could have started working on finding additional help. But "ghosting" is unacceptable. And now my daughter is asking when Peyton is coming back. The situation makes me very sad.
