It has been 3 years since I have known Penny as both, a close friend and colleague worked with. She is an amazing person. She does her work with passion and with minimal supervision. She is a patient and compassionate individual, which are the most important traits to have as a caregiver. She is a loyal, honest, considerate, and supportive individual who has the ability to see and understand things from another person's perspective. Penny is one of the most disciplined and punctual people I've ever known.
