My experience in childcare span over 30 years. Before my children were born I started my career as a preschool teacher and continued working until the birth of my first child. While my children were young, I was blessed enough to have a childcare in my home. Later, I went back to teaching preschool. I also took a job as a direct care staff in a children's home that specialized in acute mental delays and severe behavior disorders. I now work for the Orange Unified School District in the general/special education department at Santiago charter middle school. I have held the position for the last three years. My rich and varied experiences have served to help develop my mission as a child care provider: To support children and their families by offering dependable, consistent, and high quality childcare in which children are encored to reach their goals.
