Hi! My name is Penny and I have worked with children in a variety of settings for more than 30 years, including; public and private day care, Montessori, Head Start and in home care as a nanny and tutor. I have also operated a day care center in my home. During this time, I have attended numerous conferences and completed coursework relating to the education and development of young children and those with special needs. A particular interest of mine was the autism spectrum disorder, as several of the children I cared for had been diagnosed.
