I began my nursing career at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago, worked for many years for home care agencies including as an in service Educator and have worked the last 15 years for a local school district as a Classroom Nurse working with disabled students directly in the classroom. I have worked with individuals young and old with a wide variety of disabilities and diagnoses. I have always said that I am blessed to be able to make a living at a job that doesn't feel like work. I love what I do and pride myself on being able to find things in common with anyone I encounter.
