I am a loving, kind, patient, and detail-oriented person. I have been in childcare for 20 years working with all different ages in addition to having reared children of my own. My previous positions as director and teacher of childcare facilities have allowed me to work with children and influence the family unit in a positive and sustainable way. I observe the behaviors of children and teach them based on their personalities so that they feel seen and respected. I believe that having respect for children is the cornerstone of a successful relationship with them. Ms. P. has exceeded all our expectations in caring for our children. She joined our family when our youngest was just three months old, just as I was returning to work. Her presence reassured me that my child was in safe hands and would be well cared for. The kids took to her easily; they both adore her and look forward to seeing her every morning with bright smiles. Ms. P. not only supervises the children but also engages them in educational games and activities. It is always a delight to see them share what they learn from her with us, the parents. I consider Ms. P. to be a part of our family, as she has truly become one. She has everyone's best interests at heart. She is punctual, honest, and attentive to detail, carrying out her duties with love at the center of everything she does. Our family will miss her when she leaves, but as I have said, she will always remain a part of our family, and we will keep her close in our hearts. We are genuinely grateful to have her in our home.
