About Payton

I'd describe my personality as passionate, hardworking, and empathetic. I like working with kids because kids bring me so much joy. I love to play with kids, teach kids, and provide all necessary care. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, well paying, and families that would want to continue using me for childcare. I started working with kids when I was in middle school in my church's nursery. I continued childcare in a daycare setting during high school, as well as special needs care after high school. In my spare time, I like to come up with fun and educational activities that are beneficial to the children I work with. I also enjoy baking and cooking. One thing you should know about me is I take safety seriously. I go out of my way to avoid situations where a child could be harmed in any way. My skills include following set schedules, interacting with children as appropriate for their age, and preparing snacks and meals.
