About Payton

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, my passion lies in positively impacting the lives of children while supporting families. With three years of experience and a background in early child development coursework, I'm equipped to care for up to three children, ranging from four to 11 years old. My patient and friendly nature creates a welcoming environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. When it comes to household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. To foster a well-rounded development, I enjoy engaging children in various games, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games. My skills and training include CPR and First Aid, and I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
