Hi, I'm Payton!! I have been living in FL for a year now. I have been watching kids for over 6 years and nannying full time for about a little over 3 years now. I took a 2 year class, Child Care Occupations in which I learned how to lesson plan, manage a classroom, and how to properly educate children targeting their fine and gross motor skills. In this class we also focused a lot of time on differential learning for ways to make classroom learning easier for children with disabilities. Before moving I was with last family for almost 3 years. They have four children and two I have been with since newborns. The ages ranged from 7-1. I am currently with a family, who I adore, full time during the week. I am only looking for part time babysitting on weekends, evenings, or even possibly some overnights. We have four children, ages 8, 6, 3, and 1, they definitely keep you busy and can be challenging all at once and there are very few people we trust to take good care of our children and she is one of them! We have even taken her to Disney the past 2 years in a row to help us give our kids the best vacation possible. She was up for any challenge we threw her way, including waiting in long lines with kids. She was always available whenever we needed her, which was often last minute. We could always count on her. She is responsible, respectful, honest, and caring. She even came to our children’s birthday parties because she genuinely cared for our children. We never had a doubt in trusting her. Good childcare is hard to find but she is truly the best there is!
