About Payden

Hi! My name is Payden, I usually go by P. I have over 10 years of childcare + babysitting experience for kids ranging infant to teenager for clients, neighbors, family, and friends alike. I received my license in massage therapy, studied dance, and co-taught an after school movement program to children in Oakland (I grew up in the Bay Area) and then moved towards healing arts & coaching to combine the somatic based work with the mind. I have a bachelors degree in child development and family studies and am currently finishing an internship with a somatic therapy & mediation program to focus my private practice towards children & families. I infuse uplifting expression of feelings, discovering needs, understanding boundaries, support of autonomy and agency, with play, curiosity, and tenderness. I love to spend time in creativity, outdoors, rest, and nourishment alike. I'm communicative, direct, & kind, and understand regulating, skill building, and the importance of connection in care.
