Paul was a superstar. I was in a unique situation where I was taking my 3 young kids on vacation by myself and needed help navigating three different agendas and getting to/from dinner, the beach, the pool, the trolley, etc...The kids absolutely adored Paul. He jumped right in to help me and them with whatever was needed. My 9 year old has special needs and Paul didn't miss a beat with communicating with him. I was even able to have dinner out with a friend.
