Hi! I am the youngest of 6 kids. I have 11 nieces and nephews with lots of experience nannying/babysitting them. I was a nanny on and off through high school and college. I also helped run a summer day care program for 60-80 kids ages 4-10 (where I received CPR training). I appreciate open and honest communication with my employer, especially when it has to do with kids! I also appreciate clear direction and job expectations. Screen time wasn't a big thing in my family, so that isn't my go-to (unless specifically given permission/instructed by the parents).
