About Paulina

Hello! I'm Paulina, I have worked with kids from ages 3 months to school ages and I love what I do! It is important for me to engage with children's play and build relationships with them. I like working as a team with parents to help the children achieve their goals. I am motivated by the desire to positively impact children's lives and filling them up with enriching moments and making a parent's life easier. My approach to caregiving is centered around patience, warmth, and a calm demeanor. I believe in fostering a safe, clean, organized, loving, fun and nurturing environment where children can thrive. Clear and effective communication is essential, I keep parents regularly updated about their child's day and address any issues that arise, following their preferred communication method. My educational background includes some high school coursework, and I have completed relevant training programs, including First Aid Training, CPR Training, and Early Child Development Coursework.
