About Paulette

Hello! I'm retired now, but worked as a preschool teacher for many years and in many different capacities of Early Childhood Education. I was an Inclusion Facilitator for Head start with a caseload of 23 children at various preschools. I was an administrator for an inclusion program with the YMCA, and also worked as an infant-toddler teacher for Tutor Time in CA. I was an Instructional Aid at my kids' elementary school, and most recently was a teachers aid at a preschool in Hawaii for 4 years. When Covid hit, I decided to retire and travel when the school closed. I have 6 grandkids between the ages of 6 mo. & 9 years and can still wrangle that wild crew single-handedly! I know some Spanish, but I'm not fluent. I travel between my two kids and Hawaii and Florida, but I spend extended time in both places. Because I am homeschooling 4 of my six grandkids I am not looking for reoccurring jobs. I have local references. I'm available 1/10/25 and one/11/25 for babysitting. I love kids!

I fully trust Paulette to watch my toddler! I work from home so see first hand how well they get along. She does a great job engaging my son in conversation and teaching him about whatever they are playing with. He especially enjoys doing art projects and going on walks with Ms Paulette. She is quick to respond, prompt and leaves everything clean/organized.
