About Paulette

We were blessed and honored to have Paulette care for our 96 year old mother. She was highly recommended to us and it didn’t take long as to know why. She impressed us from our first “ meet and greet.” In fact, she suggested for us to meet before hiring her to see if it would be a “good fit.” This suggestion taught me the necessity to do this while hiring. She has the best interest of the patient/ caregiver relationship and the importance to be well matched. Paulette knows this relationship is needed to be successful in reaching the Dementia patient. Paulette taught us so much throughout her 6+ months with us. She became an extended family member during her time with us and was able to reach our mother like no other caregiver. She has many strengths. Her knowledge base and years of experience is evident. A true professional and conducts herself as such. Her ability to reach someone (like our mother) with dementia is superior. She has a calm nature and is intuitive to the needs of the people she cares for. She is able to let the comments and actions of the dementia patient “roll off of her.” This is an important trait for a caregiver. We are not in control of their actions on “those type days” and Paulette actually comforted us when we felt the need to apologize for our mother’s actions. Paulette recently moved away from our city and we have felt her loss in our home. She is amazing and we feel she is an angel. Her relationship building skills with the patient and family is phenomenal. I simply cannot say enough about her. Paulette is the person everyone is seeking to hire for their loved one.
