Paulette has been regularly caring for my now 9 month old daughter on Saturdays for the past several months. I look forward to Paulette coming over all week! As a first-time mom, it's been so helpful to have her guidance as we navigate milestones, solids, etc Paulette aptly balances sharing her wealth of knowledge while being open to trying new ideas and maintaining flexibility based on my child's needs. Our daughter has so much fun with her and I feel totally at ease leaving them together.
