Caregiver/Personal Assistant/Senior Care Advocate: I am a retired executive assistant in Catalina. For the past 7 years, I have been a personal assistant to a prominent Tucson family and a caregiver to their Alzheimer's family member. As a Senior Care Advocate, I evaluate the care and coordinate needs to keep your loved one healthy and safe. I have been a certified yoga, elder fitness, stretch technician and personal trainer for the past 20 years and believe movement should be prioritized into daily care. My strengths are compassion, dependability, integrity, communication, detail, organization, problem solving and I manage whole household and daily living needs. I love animals and feel very comfortable around them. Rates for reoccurring weekly visits are lowest rate, rates for respite are the higher rate.
