Paula is loving, efficient and goes above and beyond in looking out for my 94 yr old mother. She is like family in the way she cares for mom. She makes sure we have coverage, and that mom gets to appointments on campus. She keeps me aware of moms health and well being and her consumable needs, saving me multiple shopping trips.
