About Paula

Paula was hired with the hope of being a permanent, long term person to work for my loved one. And unfortunately, my loved one has been in and out of the hospital which has made it hard to be consistent. Needless to say, Paula has shown 100% commitment the entire time. She showed up the next day to meet with me to discuss the job. I gave her a list of expectations and she was okay with them. She showed up on time every time she was scheduled. She takes constructive criticism well. She engaged and made a connection with my loved one where they watched movies, played games, cooked and cleaned together, and more. I have hired other caregivers and it's been completely night and day with how she is to the rest. Others were hired and the first thing they did was cancel their first days as if they don't take the job serious. One person showed up who only wanted to watch her laptop and thought that just because she was in the room with the loved one that would be enough. Whereas Paula engaged with the person and made them feel accepted and truly listened to. There's not enough positive things that I can say about Paula. One thing I like about her is her communication with me. She is honest, sincere, and truly cares about the relationships that she builds with the loved ones and their family. She's also savvy with technology as she had no issues using the app that I asked her to use to track her time whereas others were trying everything to milk the time or could not seem to use the app requiring additional work on my part. She is exceptionally professional and I truly wish my loved ones health is not settled to where we can be consistent. But I truly think that you will not find anyone better on Care than Paula and that's speaking from experience. She's valuable, dedicated, dependable, reliable, and professional.
