About Paula

I have experience in caring for woman that have dementia/Alzheimer's, however care for men too. I shopped and cooked, cleaned did laundry and picked up prescriptions. I bathed and dressed them. Overall kept them company, took walks with them or helped with other exercise if they were able. I truly like the elderly, found that they have seen so much in their lifetime and had interesting stories to tell. I am a chef by trade, but came into caretaking when Covid hit. Going into my 4th year. I really enjoy this work and is rewarding to care for others. Letters of recommendation available
