I am a retired Registered Dietitian; worked for 25 years with patients at a Hospital. I currently live in Clayton, NC. and take care of our grandson. I love to listen to life experiences from the elderly and treat each person with compassion, dignity and respect. I was a part-time caregiver for my parents in their home who both had dementia. Other caregiver experiences noted: woman for her post hip surgical needs; I have provided light housekeeping, including laundry, grocery shopping, meal preparation, companionship, driving to appointments encouragement for healthy meals, snacks and hydration. I have been a caregiver for an elderly man under Hospice care with feeding, medication reminders, standby assist with bathroom needs, companionship and light housekeeping and exercise. I have been a caregiver for men and women with Dementia and provide personalized care. I do not provide heavy lifting services or care for feeding tubes or catheter services.

My mother recently lost her husband and was in need of companion care. Paula is a true blessing to my mother. She is very kind, patient and compassionate. My mother enjoys her company and looks forward to seeing her. My mother also has slight dementia and beginning to have mobility issues. Paula continuously comes up with customized approaches for her to engage in memory games and getting her daily exercise. She communicates daily with updates, concerns or new ideas she has for my mom. She truly is a caregiver that goes above and beyond and we are so lucky to have found her.
