We cannot recommend Paula highly enough! From the moment she joined our family, it was clear that she is extraordinary. With her deep knowledge and experience- including owning her own daycare for many years- she brings not only expertise but also an incredible level of emotional intelligence that has helped our children thrive in every way. She provides structure while still making each day engaging and exciting, always introducing new activities that sparks curiosity and learning. Her warmth, kindness, and calm demeanor makes our children feel safe, supported, and deeply loved. She has a natural ability to tune into children's feelings, meeting them where they are with sensitivity and compassion. As a mother herself, she understands all the little nuances of childhood well-being, from handling colds to navigating big changes with patience and grace. Her impact on our children has been immeasurable- they flourished under her care, and she became not just a nanny, but a treasured part of our lives.
