As a caring and experienced childcare provider with seven years of experience, I'm enthusiastic about nurturing the growth and development of children. My passion for working with kids stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles, where I discovered my knack for fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for children. I believe that open communication is key in caregiving, which is why I ensure regular written daily reports and maintain open verbal communication with parents during pickup. I also happily follow the parents' preferred method of communication to ensure their peace of mind. My calm and patient nature allows me to effectively manage household rules while still maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere for the children in my care. I love playing a variety of games with children, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles.
